Last month, Fairmount unveiled its new mission statement: Reclaiming our humanity by embodying God's love.​

Now, we're turning to YOU (our neighbors) to get your perspective. We want to hear about the opportunities, issues, and challenges you see in our shared community that might intersect with our mission.​

So, we're inviting to you to respond to a handful of questions below. Everyone who submits a survey will be eligible to win prizes, which will be drawn at random on August 1. The grand prize winner will receive a year of Mitchell's Ice Cream, and 5 runners-up will receive a $50 gift certificate to a local restaurant.
